Eric C. Blau serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer & Head of Capital Markets of Aviation Capital Group, a global commercial aircraft leasing company, where he is responsible for maintaining the company’s access to liquidity and debt capital across international markets. Mr. Blau joined the company in 2015 and has 25 years of extensive capital markets and finance experience in the areas of aircraft and engine leasing, global transportation, commodities trading, portfolio management, corporate strategy, and asset-backed securitization. He began his finance career in 1997 in the structured products group at First Union Capital Markets, now Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to investment banking, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Blau holds a B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
