Hooman Yazhari has spent the last 20 years of his senior career as a CEO, senior executive and board member, leading transformations of multiple enterprises in aviation, aircraft finance and leasing, transportation and logistics, biotechnology, and telecoms. Hooman’s leadership has encompassed crucial times in life cycles of private as well as public companies and has included managing out of distress, strategic and operational renewals, rapid organic and M&A led growth, and executing IPOs and other shareholder exits. Hooman stepped in at difficult times for Voyager Aviation Holdings, Waypoint Leasing, CHC, Bristow, Speedcast, ILFC and Gategroup, working with extraordinary teams to transform, grow and successfully exit each enterprise.

Hooman is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Mobility Capital Group, an impact aligned provider of credit and leasing capital to the next generation of technology led transportation leading towards sustainability. Hooman holds a BA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics.
